Ohio real estate investor, Kim Martorana, came to me with a dream, pages of notes, and images stapled to pieces of notebook paper. She handed me the start of her idea for a real estate publication called Mailbox Money and said Make it beautiful. The result was a 20 page glossy print publication and a new logo for her company.
